I love this new pizza bar in town!... The gluten-free crust is the most unbelievably satisfying substitute I've ever come across.  I actually had to check to make sure I had been given a gluten-free crust - it was that good... the co-owner we met really cared about providing delicious food with clean ingredients.  He was genuinely happy to provide such an enjoyable dining experience. We'll definitely be making this place a regular stop.
